It all began in 1985, when I became a Realtor. The real estate market in North Alabama was just beginning to wake up. I have seen many changes in the market, all of it for the better. We have moved forward from a small town, to an international market. Changes in the Internet, changes in the way buyers and sellers are represented, the educational requirements and so much more have evolved the real estate industry. One major change is the Team Concept, which allows a Realtor to provide better representation by being available to give immediate attention to a client's needs as opposed to waiting in line for a response. Time is important to everyone and I value our client's time.
The average family will move 3 to 5 times over their lifetime. I have served some families four, even five times in my twenty-six year career. I'm proud to be a Realtor.
